Experience As a Native Charlottean, I attended Dilworth Elementary, Piedmont Open Middle School, and graduated from West Charlotte High School in 1994. After that I headed up to the high country and received a bachelor degree from Appalachian State University. My father worked in the mortgage industry, and my mother has owned a successful real estate company for many years as well. So, you can say, being in this industry runs in my blood!
I joined Cunningham & Company as a mortgage consultant in December of 2008. After working with Wachovia Mortgage for five years, and spending a few years at Lending Tree before that, I am excited to be given the opportunity to join such a great group at Cunningham & Company. Having lived in Charlotte most of my life, I know this market very well. My experience in the mortgage industry and familiarity with the city has enabled me to develop strong relationships with many realtors, developers, and builders in the area. I was a preferred lender for recent projects such as The Avenue and The Renaissance. I am currently working with The Catalyst, Tranquil Court, The Metropolitan, and Calloway Homes.
